Text Message Communications

Shoreline Pools may communicate with you via text message (SMS) for the following purposes: service appointment confirmations and reminders, quote follow-ups, billing notifications, weather-related service updates, and occasional promotional offers related to pool service and maintenance.

By providing your mobile phone number on our website, quote forms, or verbally to our staff, you consent to receive text messages from Shoreline Pools. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.

Text messages are sent using an automated system. You are not required to consent to text messaging as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Shoreline Pools.

Opt-In & Opt-Out

Opt-In: You may opt in to receive text messages by checking the appropriate box on our contact or quote forms, by texting a keyword (e.g., "QUOTE" or "SERVICE") to our business number, or by verbally consenting during a phone call with our team.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of text message communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send a single confirmation message and cease all further text communications to your number. Message Frequency & Hours

For active service customers, you can expect to receive approximately 1–4 text messages per week, including appointment reminders, service completion notifications, and billing updates.

Text messages are generally sent between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Saturday. We do not send promotional text messages on Sundays or federal holidays.

How We Protect Your Information

Shoreline Pools takes the privacy and security of your personal information seriously. Your mobile phone number and all personal data are stored securely and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business (e.g., payment processors, scheduling software providers), but only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

We retain personal information, including phone numbers, only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Limitation of Liability

Shoreline Pools is not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected text messages caused by your wireless carrier, network issues, or incorrect phone numbers provided by you. Message and data rates may apply.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not responsible for any claims arising from the text message program.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
